The host was fantastic, communicating easily via WhatsApp and email. As a family‑run place, they were warm and welcoming, popping by several times during my stay to help with check‑in, check‑out, and any questions. The shower was awesome, with great water pressure, plenty of hot water, and modern fixtures. The bed was comfortable, and everything in the room was very clean and tidy. The location is perfect—just one block from the main thoroughfare and a 15‑minute walk to the train station. However, there was a small issue with the electricity in the common area that tripped the circuit breaker, leaving the kitchen and hallway lights off and the internet down. The host showed me how to flip the breaker to restore power. Also, because the space is shared, other guests didn’t lock the main door to the apartment, which felt insecure even though my room door had a deadbolt. This is a shared‑space limitation beyond the host’s control.

“Comfortable hotel with friendly personalised service”

A lovely, well‑equipped room with a balcony, about a 10‑minute walk from the station and Arena. The hosts offered very friendly service. There’s also a useful communal food‑prep and eating area, though I didn’t use it. Bus stops outside the hotel can be handy if you prefer not to walk to the station or town. The hotel’s location isn’t obvious because it shares a building with other businesses; the name appears only on the intercom keypad. A sign next to the front door would make it easier to find.
