I can’t believe I was able to book, submit a credit card, and receive messages when the property had been chained shut for over a month—ridiculous.

Nothing at all! The hotel has been closed since June 8 due to a fire and then shut down by the fire department; we heard nothing and had to find a new hotel. Super service!

We weren’t told the hotel had ceased operations, so we drove 3 hours to a place we couldn’t stay; definitely that after driving 3 hours we were not notified.
