“Needs to solve the issues”

The spot was perfect, with shops and restaurants right downstairs. The room was spotless, big, and the AC worked flawlessly. The customer service was excellent and they answered immediately when needed. However, the first room needed work: the TV and Wi‑Fi didn’t work. The staff tried to fix it and even swapped the TV, but the problem persisted; we had to use a PC mouse to control the TV and only watched YouTube via my nephew’s mobile hotspot. One night the bathroom smelled terrible when we returned, so we had to ask the housekeeper to clean it. Another night the bidet spray had no water, and again we had to call the housekeeper. I had to move to another room for the rest of my 7‑day stay, which was much better.

“Satisfied!”

Everything was perfect. The mall is close by, so I liked being able to hop in, grab a quick bite, then head back to my room. Very enjoyable.

The place was clean, especially the bathroom, which I liked the most. We were told we had to pay extra for towels. We booked a Family Suite, but the front desk moved us to another room, claiming it was an upgrade. When we got there, only two towels were in the room, and breakfast was set up for only two people, even though both the original and replacement rooms were meant for four guests. My family was upset and disappointed with how this was handled. We paid a high price, but the service was far from satisfactory.
