The shower was barely functional and the AC made a constant noise, and overall the room didn’t feel clean.
The A/C kept cycling from high cool to low fan, making the room hot; I told the hotel assistant and she explained that a battery is needed in the thermostat, yet the A/C still kept shutting off to low fan.
I booked a balcony, but the lady said balconies are first‑come, first‑served, so she tried to deny me the room I paid for; I paid almost $200 for one night, which feels outrageous compared to Houston or Dallas where the same room costs much less; paying that much should automatically secure the room I booked.
The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was tasty, but I was charged for breakfast even though it was advertised as complimentary.
