They claimed we had no reservation even though payment had been taken. We were left stranded in the desert at night, and neither the hotel nor anyone is taking responsibility or refunding the money. Very poor.

The people were nice but didn’t speak English. Communication was hard, but they lit a fire and made us tea. The room was completely dirty, with dirty dishes and used pans. The bathroom was filthy and smelly. Hot water existed but it was hard to shower. Very dirty… a bit far from the village… It felt like an abandoned hotel where Egyptians are working on the village’s construction.

The place was dirty, unfriendly, unsafe, and the service was bad. The description didn’t match and promises were not kept.
