The location is great, right near General Hospital, but that's about it. I was really disappointed with this hotel, especially given its super high ratings - seems like people might be getting duped. When I checked in, the receptionist had no idea I was coming and they didn't even have computers to manage bookings, just a manual system. I had to wait a bit for my room, and when I finally got it, it wasn't even ready on time. The water they provided wasn't even bottled, just loose water.
