Jane was a real gem and the breakfast spread was tasty, so I left with nothing to complain about. The only thing that bugged me was having to wake her up and ring her for small requests – that felt a bit intrusive. Overall a pleasant stay, just wish the staff didn’t need to be called on.

From the moment we arrived the owner greeted us coldly, which set a bad tone. The room looked nothing like the pictures – it was rundown and sweltering, making it impossible to relax after a 700‑km drive. When we complained, they refused to cancel and even offered a lower rate that still didn’t fix the conditions, eventually asking us to leave without clear info on any charges. A disappointing experience far from what was advertised.

The room had zero ventilation; the AC units blew straight into the hallway and there was no fresh air, which was a shock compared to the photos. The owner was blunt and offered a discount only if I paid her directly and then reported a no‑show, which I refused, leading her to threaten cancellation. With my 78‑year‑old husband exhausted from a 700 km trip, we eventually got a reluctant cancellation, but the whole process was stressful.

The place was right in the middle of a noisy street, so I could hear traffic and voices all night. It made it hard to get any sleep, and I wouldn’t stay here again.
