The place was spotless and getting around was a breeze, but the parking garage had a nasty smell that made the whole experience a bit off.

They canceled my reservation just an hour before arrival and left me with a Dutch voice auto‑call that kept trying to reach me.

The hotel sits right by the rail line, so you can actually see the tracks from the window; if you need absolute quiet you might think twice, although the subway is only a five‑minute walk away and the nearby REI outdoor store is worth a look. My first assigned room had an odd smell, but after I asked they promptly gave me a different one.

The room size was great, but the toilet clogged twice during my stay.
