The buffet breakfasts were very good. However, I feel the prices for food and drinks on the card are a bit too high compared to the portions and drinks.

The location is excellent, access is hassle‑free, and there is plenty of parking. The décor is modern, there are child animations, a free alpaca walk, and the property is pet‑friendly—big plus. The only negative was the damaged floor in the room. With such a large resort, only two indoor jacuzzis and two small outdoor ones are too few—they’re always full.

The rooms were nice, the location beautiful, breakfast tasty, staff friendly, the décor good, drinks delicious at the drink bar, and the on‑site restaurant was solid. The service, while friendly, was not well‑informed about the situation—I was asked twice to pay for a room that had already been paid for. Many people on site had no parking spots.

The lake is right next to the hotel. The only complaint is that there was no toothpaste for guests at the reception—seriously for a 4‑star place?
