A gorgeous spot just minutes from Assisi, surrounded by nature and absolute silence. Eugenio and the rest of the team welcomed us flawlessly—friendly, kind, and always ready to help. It’s a heartfelt place to truly unwind. Highly recommended! Nothing to complain about.

We were delighted by Eugenio and the little Paky’s warm reception—friendly, courteous, and helpful. The setting is perfect for complete relaxation, tucked in green surroundings where peace and quiet reign. In the morning Eugenio and his staff pampered us with a plentiful, varied breakfast featuring fresh items. The rooms are simple yet equipped with everything needed, including a fan that kept the room cool enough that an air‑conditioner wasn’t required. The atmosphere feels like a family, humble, and I keep hearing about its unique kindness. Thanks! The only downside was the absence of a fridge in the room.
