I loved the surroundings—clean, tidy, and the spa was gorgeous! But the restaurant service was off; the staff seemed either exhausted or new, and when we arrived at 10 am for breakfast we felt rushed and almost guilty for showing up. We asked for a table for four, but had to stand and wait while they tried to pull a small table nearby. The food itself was delicious. Also, at check‑in the staff addressed us by last names, which felt a bit formal for guests just looking to relax.
