We chose the hotel because of its proximity to Schönbrunn; a tram stands in front of the hotel and the S-Bahn is about 5 minutes away, ideal for a short stay. Good breakfast, friendly staff, room with a numeric code. The coffee machine’s hot milk option didn’t work.

The hotel sits right next to a tram stop, which is really great, and the walk to Westbahnhof takes about 20 minutes, which is quite acceptable.

We booked a family room that was spacious enough and reasonably priced, and it stayed clean and tucked away at the end of a quiet hallway. The hotel’s location was convenient, with a tram stop right outside and Schönbrunn within walking distance. Reception staff were helpful and kind. The breakfast, however, felt basic and disappointing; I understand it’s a B&B, not a luxury hotel, but that shouldn’t excuse the lack of seating space or missing items. We had to wait 10‑15 minutes for a free table, and the restocking seemed insufficient—bread ran out, then juice, then ham, and overall they couldn’t keep up with demand.

Le parking est un point fort. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas convenable. Peu de place par rapport au nombre de chambre. Grosse fil d'attente et choix limité
