“Local confort familiale et calme”
The welcome was very warm, drinks were offered. We could choose our rooms, the staff were very attentive and listening. Meals were hearty and very good. Excursions organized by the hotel, especially by Marmout. Very kind people, attentive and always ready to help. They showed us the city from their perspective with passion. Loved the children; we stayed with seven kids and he seemed almost like family. The staff are really pleasant, Mohamed Moustafa Haney, etc., but we got to know Matmout who organized our stay and accompanied us everywhere. Truly exceptional people. We keep a great memory of this stay, unfortunately it was short. Thanks for everything, the hotel is highly recommended, especially with kids. Waiting time for meals and excursions – don’t be in a hurry.
