Dear management of Hotel Königshof, we were really looking forward to our stay at your beautiful resort from 4 to 9 October 2026, but we had to cut our holiday short on 5 October for health reasons and head home. We want to thank you for your extraordinary goodwill and flexibility—receiving a voucher for the unused days was far from ordinary and truly delighted us. Even though this stay was much too brief, we felt welcomed from the very first moment. The hotel, its lovely atmosphere, and your team’s friendliness left a lasting impression. One thing is already clear: we will return! We will reschedule the missed days as soon as possible and already look forward to enjoying your resort to the fullest. Thanks again to the management and the entire team for your hospitality, warmth, and especially for this generous, customer‑friendly solution. We’re excited to see you again in Oberstaufen. Unser Zimmer hatte ein sehr schönen und grossen Balkon was uns sehr gefallen hat, leider ging aber das Zimmer zur Straßenseite wo dementsprechend der Autolärm gut zu hören ist und da wir immer mit offenen Fenster schlafen war dies nicht sehr angenehm. Die Storno Gebühren wo das Hotel verlangt ist für uns nicht akzeptabel, in der heutigen Zeit kann man eigentlich bis 24 Stunden vor Antritt stornieren. Wir sind selbständig und können nicht immer Ferien machen wie wir möchten und daher sind wir auf Hotel angewiesen die eine normale Storno Gebühren haben. Das Essen war okay aber mehr nicht da haben wir in anderen 4 Sterne Hotel in Oberstaufen um einiges besser gegessen mit einer größeren Auswahl. Der Wellness geht so in Ordnung was wir schade finden, dass es keine Sauna gibt mit 55 bis 60 Grad. Warum brauche ich zwei Sauna mit 75 Grad, eine 90 Grad und eine 95 Grad. Wir haben dieses hotel nur ausgesucht weil das hotel bei golf plus dabei ist

“Rundum zufrieden, wir kommen wieder.”

The ambience is very appealing, the equipment across all areas is excellent, the food is superb, and the wellness zone is wonderful with multiple saunas, two indoor pools, and many treatments. The only drawback is its location on a through‑street, which can cause noise from 6 am onward. We can only recommend this hotel highly. The morning noise level was a bit disturbing, and allergy sufferers should be aware that some areas have carpeted floors.
