Incredible! The location is unbeatable, surrounded by olive trees and very close to all the lovely villages in Puglia. Without a doubt we’ll come back if we’re lucky enough to return to Puglia! The only regret was that the pool was out of service, but they compensated us by letting us use the main house’s pool.

I wrote a day before arrival and they told me I’d been moved to another hotel, Mare Nostrum, because they had problems at their property, a shabby building, cramped rooms with floor stains as if they hadn’t been cleaned… a terrible breakfast, the milk was hand‑frothy with a frother… if you offer this kind of service you’ll close soon… I intend to ask for a refund because it was a real disaster… The structure was dirty, breakfast awful, rooms not clean, poor value, moved in the last 24 hours from Hotel Pignata because Hotel Mare Nostrum was closed, which I would never have chosen.

Very nice, large estate, a bit dated but full of charm. A generous old country house. Very friendly staff, good breakfast. The room was too big and the air‑conditioning wasn’t enough to cool it properly. We were there during a heatwave and it was very warm at night.

The location is gorgeous and the room itself is stunning; the staff kindly waited for us until 11 am for check‑in. However, we were never given the entrance gate code, so at 3 am we had to climb over the gate to return to the room.

The pool was fantastic and the staff were extremely helpful, offering great value for money. The downside was that I didn’t realize the check‑in and breakfast were a 15‑minute walk to their sister B&B.
