“Heerlijk huis in een heerlijke omgeving”

The location was beautiful in a lovely setting, and the host kept me updated via WhatsApp. The house was tidy with all the amenities (air‑conditioning especially important) and very nicely decorated. The road to get there is a bit winding and steep, but that’s just the area. It was a great base for us, especially for scooter trips to Porto (about 50 km only) and scenic routes along the Douro. Every day the scent of eucalyptus trees… blissful!

“Tranquilidad, vistas”

We had been there before and might return. The house is spacious, fully equipped, and there are nice paths nearby for hiking. It’s quiet, has a terrace, and is also perfect when it rains.

The view is stunning, and you can enjoy it through the large windows. The house is fully furnished, with everything you might need. If the host suggests meeting on the supermarket parking lot, take it! He shows you the easiest route to the cottage. Google Maps sends you through a sharp bend on a detour. There’s parking on the secured property. Outside there are several seating spots and a barbecue. But we liked the two recliner sofas the most. What luxury!

“המקום מדהים : הסביבה החדרים וכל יתר המתקנים”

The place is equipped for a comfortable stay, and besides the basic groceries at the supermarket we didn’t need anything else. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and even small items like spices, the grill is ready, TVs in the living room and bedrooms, and comfortable seating corners throughout the yard. Nothing else.
