The pool was amazing. Buffet breakfast options were a little lacking.

Clean and modern, the staff were very helpful and nice. The water temperature in the swimming pool was uncomfortably cold; even my 4‑year‑old who usually doesn’t care about water temperature complained about feeling cold after a few minutes in the water. Our room service brought one meal cold and missed another meal.

We’ve stayed here twice now and keep coming back because it’s so family‑friendly. The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated, and the shower is spacious with great water pressure. Our three‑year‑old grandkids were thrilled by the pool and waterslides. The staff are very pleasant, and the buffet offers fantastic value. I wish the coffee shop in the foyer was open—I’m a coffee fan—but at least the lounge and pub serve coffee. We’ll definitely return.
