“Not happy”
The location was fine. The mattress had broken springs, the shower had no pressure and poor water flow, the supplied toiletries were broken or empty, and breakfast was very poor.

The hotel had a beautiful feel, was very well presented, the rooms were extremely clean and the value for money was absolutely great.

The location is central and convenient for a trip to Stonehenge. The breakfast isn’t a buffet but pure self‑service, which is fine, yet no one replenishes items and you have to check other tables for jam or margarine; otherwise everything is in the fridge.

The breakfast was presented attractively, the staff were friendly, and the hotel sits in a central spot. Nothing to complain about.

The staff responded quickly and the room was clean and quiet. We arrived after hours and no one was available to check us in; it took a bit to find someone who could give us the key code.
