Great location, clean room, friendly staff and very helpful.
The room is clean and spacious enough for two adults and a child. The beds are very comfortable. The location is strategic in central Naples for walking or taking the metro. It’s behind Piazza del Plebiscito. The area is a bit noisy, but it’s fine because it’s in the center. The air‑conditioner is too noisy. It’s impossible to keep it on while sleeping or listening to the TV, which requires a high volume to be heard.
The location was incredibly central, practically the Spanish Quarter was just two steps away. Honestly, I would have liked a mini‑fridge in the room.

If you struggle to fall asleep because of noise, it’s definitely not a suitable place: being in one of the most central and busy streets, it’s inevitable to hear the window noise even late at night.
