The hotel was close to the casino, ballpark, and beach, but the room was filthy—dirty floors, burnt matchsticks, cigarette butts, and no closet for clothes. Other long‑term guests were loud, blasting music late at night. There was only one ice machine, the phone in the room didn’t work, and the bathtub had hair.

The pool area was nice, yet there was a lizard in the bed and hair from the maid on the covers and towels. The online booking price was different from what was charged, and the staff didn’t explain the discrepancy, so I had to check my card.

The hotel’s proximity to the beach was a definite plus.

The air quality was excellent, but a fingernail was found in the bathtub, an old hair band with hair near the sink, and the toilet was hard to flush. The location didn’t match the name, and the room didn’t have a view of the beach.
