The place looks gorgeous; everything is new and wooden. The kitchen is well‑equipped and charming. The room is small but pleasant, and there’s a shared kitchen with a table. Breakfast comes from the fridge and the room—nice, but there’s no fresh bread. It seems there are only three rooms, so if all are booked it can feel a bit cramped.

Very clean and everything brand new, but the bed was extremely hard and so was the pillow, and there was no contact with the owners.

Breakfast was good in the Italian style. The location is quiet, clean, and offers a nice view of Lago Spluga. Everything was fine for me.

Communication with the hosts was great, they also supplied a wonderful breakfast, and the accommodation was very restful.

The interior design with wood is very pretty, but it’s completely overpriced: I was ripped off! In the end it’s just a small shared room, and you have to do your own breakfast and dishes in the communal kitchen. CHF 250 is totally out of line; a refund would be appropriate.
