The room was bad; too much noise from the mechanical room, the window faced the parking, and the room was too large for the facilities. It would be better never to return to this hotel; the pictures show something else, and I didn't even finish my three days, I left.

The driver for the shuttle was amazing. All staff were exceptional and very helpful. No negatives.

The front desk ladies were warm and welcoming, giving us a fantastic start, and there was nothing to criticize.
