I enjoyed the welcome drinks and snack bar, breakfast, and the hot spring, and the blackout blinds in the room made sleeping super easy; the fire alarm at 11 pm was frightening, yet the staff handled the evacuation, clearance, and return to rooms calmly and professionally.

The place was very clean and comfortable. However, when we went to breakfast at 8:15 there was essentially nothing left – I understand the food‑waste policy, but it was still disappointing – and the multi‑storey car park linked to the hotel was extremely dirty.
