The property had a lovely location with a bar, restaurant, and great staff, but the room described as a cozy double turned out to be small, very warm, and noisy from the nearby train station. I had to open all the windows each night. It could use a few pieces of furniture removed, and a single room would be better.

The hotel’s proximity to both the beach and the train station is a real perk, and the outdoor terrace offers a lovely view of the sea. The breakfast spread was excellent. However, the temperature inside the room was quite high; even with a fan, we had to open the windows, which made the room a little noisy.

A charming little spot with relaxed vibes and friendly staff; we dined at the attached restaurant. Coming from London, the prices were reasonable. The fish and chips were excellent, as was the cured mackerel starter, and the doombar was ice‑cold and fresh. The room was very hot despite the mechanical fan, making it hard to stay cool and sleep on a sweltering night. Breakfast in bed arrived with many jams but no toast—maybe we missed that option on the order.

The location is beautiful and the staff are genuinely friendly. The restaurant serves outstanding food, and breakfast offers a good variety, even for special diets. Sitting on the terrace with a drink is delightful, and the sea is just a short walk away for a swim. I stayed on the ground floor, which has plenty of rooms and all the necessary facilities. I really enjoyed my second visit and will return. The only downside was the noise from construction workers and machinery drilling on the beach during our stay, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

The staff were friendly and the breakfasts were good, plus we were right beside the sea. The room felt a bit small and the hotel’s decor seemed somewhat worn.
