The front desk was great, though the restaurant could use a bit more polish. Some waiters were friendly, others not as much, but it never really bothered me. The food itself was tasty. The only downside was the outdoor pools weren't heated; a more active kids’ program would have been nice.

Meals were tasty, the indoor pool was a nice touch, and the vibe was chill. The outdoor pools were freezing, though—could have been warmed up a bit to break the ice.
