A beautiful family hotel in a particularly good location, lovingly furnished. The rooms are lovely with balconies, a tidy garden and a parking garage. The breakfast is truly remarkable, made with only the best ingredients and presented with care. The friendly host speaks German and looks after her guests.

The breakfast alone made this stay absolutely unforgettable. Every morning she prepared an incredible spread of cured meats, cheeses, freshly squeezed juices, homemade jams, fresh bread, panna cotta, tiramisu, chia seed pudding, and so much more. She would even make fresh scrambled eggs to order. It truly felt like waking up and having breakfast with an Italian family rather than staying at a hotel. The location was also fabulous too. Just a short walk down to the lake and all of the shops and restaurants, which made exploring the area so easy. But what really stood out to me was the exceptional hospitality. I accidentally left a bag behind and didn’t realize it until I had already made it about 2½ hours away to the Dolomites. Her husband happened to be driving through the area and went out of his way to bring my bag directly to my hotel and even brought us a bottle of wine! I was completely blown away by their kindness and generosity. If you want to experience genuine Italian hospitality and feel like you’re staying with a wonderful Italian family, this is absolutely the place to stay. I cannot recommend it enough!

We decided to rebook our hotel just before the trip and were very happy with that choice. Erika and her family’s loving nature and the great effort they put in every day make the vacation a wonderful stay. The breakfast is great. Nothing is missing. The rooms are very clean. The on‑site parking garage is perfect. We didn’t even need to use our car during the five days of our stay because we can reach the beautiful streets of Malcesine, the castle, the cable car, and the ferries in a few minutes. We have already booked again for 2027.
