“Bad regardless of the low price”

The price was thankfully affordable, but the bedroom was dirty and the beds were dirty. The bedroom door wasn’t secure and was unlocked before we arrived, and it took the managers half an hour to let us into the building. The bathroom was dirty, the sink wasn’t connected to the wall, and the walls were cracked. No towels were provided. After we checked out, the manager accused us of stealing an extension lead from the bedroom, when one wasn’t there to begin with. Outside of the price, this place wasn’t a great stay.

“I am very disappointed with the accomodation. Host was arguing during the knight with other person.”

Very disappointed with my stay and I would not recommend this place. I spent just 1 night out of 5 booked there. The main problem was the noise during the night: shouting and arguing downstairs until around 2 a.m., and I couldn’t sleep until around 3 a.m. From what I could hear, it seemed to be an argument involving the host and another person about money. The situation was very uncomfortable and I didn’t feel safe enough to go downstairs and complain. Because of this, I left the property at around 7 a.m. and decided not to return. I had already informed both the host and the platform about the situation, but nobody contacted me to properly resolve it. There were also other issues with the accommodation: the bathroom did not fully match my expectations, the small carpet near the shower looked dirty, and the accommodation did not have the kitchen and living room facilities that I expected from the photos in the listing. I am very disappointed with the whole experience. For me, the biggest issue was not cleanliness, but the shouting, arguing and the feeling of not being safe during the night. The host refused to refund anything. I would not recommend this accommodation to others.

Very friendly staff, but the area was very noisy. I stayed for one night and everything was fine, but all night the street was full of shouting, singing, and the police drove by with sirens.

The decor wasn’t great but it was almost clean; the shower could use a clean, the beds were good, and the facilities were good. The area was average, but the location was great and close to shopping areas. The stairs to the room were very steep, which was a struggle with knee pain and I could barely climb them.
