The location is good, but the pool area and the pool itself were always dirty, so we couldn’t use it.

The place sits right in the middle of town, which is great, but the sofa in the room we got was filthy, and the pool water was dirty too.

The hotel’s location is solid, but it’s an old colonial building that could use a furniture refresh; the mattresses were fine, I had a drain issue with the shower that got fixed on the spot, otherwise everything was good, and breakfast was tasty. I didn’t use the pool, but it always looked a bit dirty, only improving on the last day. Alcohol isn’t allowed on the premises.

The spot is in the heart of Chihuahua, so most cool museums are within walking distance, and breakfast is great :D, plus the cleaning is solid. The beds and pillows aren’t very comfortable, showing their age, and the towels need an update—several are stained, indicating they haven’t been changed in a while. The pool was the worst; I chose this hotel for it, yet it was in terrible shape, with murky green water.
