The staff deserves huge praise – they were extremely friendly, helpful, and truly guest‑focused. I messed up the reservation dates myself, but fortunately everything was rescheduled without any issues. I really appreciate that flexibility and customer‑centric attitude. The breakfast was delicious, which was another major highlight. I remember the whole stay very positively and definitely recommend this place.

I happened to stay here by chance and now I genuinely recommend it; the place is well‑maintained, friendly, surrounded by forest, very close to the Warta River, and offers many ways to relax and eat well. The staff go out of their way to keep everything in top shape, and Mrs. Ola, with a smile, ensures you leave with the best memories. Thank you very much, I will definitely return.

The apartment was large and spacious, the surrounding area was tidy, and the amenities included a pool, jacuzzi, playground, swings, and benches. The restaurant served good lunch food with generous portions. Overall, it was clean and comfortable. The annex had a mini fridge but no stove or microwave, so you couldn’t cook your own meals. Breakfast options were limited, always the same.

The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Mr. Ola, who acted like a head of staff and made my two kids and me feel very welcome. The apartment (building 1, room 4) was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a large sofa‑bed, and air‑conditioning. The facilities were impressive: cabins, playgrounds, a food truck, a restaurant, a big terrace, a large pool, a jacuzzi, a sauna, sports fields, an outdoor gym, hammocks, pavilions, and direct access to the forest, a river with a low water level, and a beach only 10 minutes on foot. The restaurant served tasty food with huge portions at very reasonable prices, and there was 24‑hour coffee from the espresso machine. The only downside was the lack of a kitchen annex – there were only a kettle and a sink, no stove, so I could only cook in the main kitchen. That means the place is unfortunately only suitable for a weekend trip or a stopover. Air‑conditioning was only in the living room, so the bedroom had a noticeable temperature difference even with the doors open, but that’s a minor detail. From the kitchen you could order until 18:30 (or maybe 19:30, I can’t recall), but there are places nearby for a late dinner if needed.

The location is tucked away on the Warta River bend, the staff meet all the best standards, the meals are superb, and the apartment conditions are excellent – everything.
