The room is new, very good, and clean. I had let them know in advance that I would arrive half an hour before check‑in and understood they couldn’t let me in early. However, when I arrived the room was ready and access was by code, so they could have let me in earlier without any problem. Instead they made me wait until 16:00, the official check‑in time, and even then I couldn’t get in. The most infuriating part was that I had called them five hours earlier and no one told me it was a code entry. At 16:00 I was still waiting with no indication, and they didn’t reply until about 45 minutes later. I had just come from a long trip, with a backpack and a lot of heat, and it felt like a total lack of consideration to make me lose more than an hour when the room was ready and no one had to open the door. If they chose not to let me in early, that was their decision, but making me wait another 45 minutes after the official check‑in time is completely unacceptable.
