A simple and cozy place, right across from the lake.

The spot is right across from the lake, great location, clean and fragrant room, easy access, no red tape, no luxury but perfect for a layover, almost everything was perfect. I asked for help with the air‑conditioner that wasn’t heating and wasn’t attended to.

Breakfast was very good! The sheets smelled nice and guests could come and go whenever they wanted. The location is good, you can walk to several spots. The cleaning was lacking and the reception was disorganized; I had to take two stars off. When I arrived there was no one at the front desk to greet me, and honestly throughout the day there was no one there. The person who told me where my room was and handed me the key was a cleaning staff member. Even at check‑out there was no one, so I had to ask the same cleaning staff member. Regarding cleaning, when I got there the room hadn’t been finished yet, I had to wait about half an hour… and the bathroom was clearly not cleaned, it had hair from the previous guest, leftover soap, and spider webs.

The place feels cozy and quiet, and the coffee is top‑notch. The staff are friendly and the cats, Luiz and Marshmello, are a real treat. But the mattress is too soft, the shower floor is broken, and the linens and towels look a bit dirty – they’re often just folded in plastic on the bed.
