The room and location were good. The service left something to be desired; after many hours of driving, it was unacceptable to have someone wait at the door for over an hour while carrying luggage. Last‑minute events should be anticipated or solved, especially after 700 km when all you want is to rest. We had to go out for dinner still loaded with bags.

Cleanliness, beauty, tranquility. It should have a mini‑fridge in the rooms. With so few dining options during the week, a place to store food becomes necessary.

The location is great and the room was clean, and the staff were exquisite in their care and attention. However, getting to the rural house was a hassle because we had to go through a narrow street with no exit, and a resident had to help us back out with a lot of effort. I understand the accommodation isn’t at fault, but a message warning us would have been appreciated. The room we were given faced a ruined house, so it was better to keep the window shut; the bathroom door didn’t close properly and the limited light made showering feel a bit claustrophobic. There was no air conditioning.
