When we arrived it smelled terribly of dog poop, the shop was dirty, and the location wasn’t ideal. We booked one night but didn’t stay because the accommodation was in bad condition.

Nothing good. Upon arrival I was bitten by the owner’s dog, which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. The owner refused to cooperate when Booking tried to remove the dog, offering no apology. I told him I was afraid, he laughed, saying he didn’t understand why, yet I was still bitten. The dog roams freely and comes to several rooms. The showers and toilets are extremely dirty (urine stains on the toilet). A coffee maker was provided but no coffee, a set of cutlery and a fridge were also available. The address in the listing was wrong, so we spent 30 minutes finding it. The place is very isolated and hard to reach; the path is uphill, winding, with chicken wire, dangerous for a rental car. Booking, despite our multiple calls each day, didn’t find a solution or offer relocation, so we had to manage on our own because neither Booking nor the owner did what was necessary for our safety.
