I was hosted by David and Renata, who were incredibly gracious and terrific during my three‑night stay. The place was very well‑maintained and located in a beautiful neighbourhood, just a 10‑minute walk from the city centre. Every morning breakfast was amazing, featuring homemade granola and fruit jams straight from their backyard trees. Everything was perfect.

Everything I expect to find in a Bed and Breakfast was offered here: a warm welcome, a very clean room and house, a nice and quiet neighbourhood, close proximity to shops and restaurants, helpful hosts, and a delicious breakfast tastefully presented with homemade products. Nothing was missing.

The breakfast was very good, the beds comfortable and the atmosphere peaceful. Unfortunately, I only stayed overnight while driving from Napier to Auckland, but I might visit the area again and stay here on a future trip. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. No negatives.
