How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location alone is enough. I didn’t like anything; there were zero services, everyone was on vacation, the hallways were dark and we had to use a flashlight. No services, no staff, maybe it’s different in winter? In summer I wouldn’t open the place; it’s better to sleep in a car. There are more services… I hope the platform takes action and checks what’s posted on the site.

The location was great, practically on the slopes, and the room was clean. Unfortunately, there was no Wi‑Fi during our stay; I’m not sure if it was a one‑off glitch or a technical issue, but we couldn’t use it. That would have been very handy because the phone line signal is already weak. A pity.

The spot is strategically located, but the directions were vague: the place was supposed to be a hotel, yet when you reach the parking lot there’s a closed gate marked “condominio” and no sign with the name of this odd Residence for half the way and Hotel for the other half. Finding the room is easy to get wrong because on the same floor there’s an apartment numbered 25 on the main corridor and another 25 after two fire doors. On the ground floor there’s a breakfast bar that I strongly advise against; after paying for a slice of tart, I was served an absurdly thin piece.

The interiors were well maintained, and the rooms were warm, clean, and comfortable. The only downside was that the building is huge.

The spot is excellent for skiing, but it’s a nightmare for evening walks. The room was clean and comfortable, and the host was incredibly kind. I would recommend it.
