“Great customer service”

Great people in customer service at the reception and the breakfast restaurant, but the view isn’t great and the room is right in front of the main road.

“Enjoyed my stay and the staff were exemplary”

We liked the big pool, steam room, sauna, and the surprisingly well‑equipped gym, plus towels and slippers were provided; the relaxation area was a nice touch. The room and showers were very comfortable. Arrangements and communication happen through WhatsApp, which makes it easy to order room service or a hotel shuttle to town. The highlight was the staff – front desk, luggage porter, breakfast restaurant staff, housekeeping – all friendly, welcoming and helpful; most hospitality staff just go through the motions, but at Faloria the team actually wants to be there. Small touches like offering to replace our bathrobes anytime after spa activities, informing us of repairs done in our room when we’re away, and walking us to our room when we check in added to the experience. Every morning, when we start the day with breakfast buffet, we’re greeted by smiley, cheery faces of restaurant staff (incl Massimo), and a nice nod and smile from front desk staff. These go beyond the advertised services. The eggplant parmesan and cacio e pepe at Faloria restaurant were superb. The gym opens a bit late at 10 am, although you can request a key for an earlier start. It’s slightly away from town, but Faloria offers a free shuttle until 8 pm, and it’s a walking distance to the bus stop for other parts of Cortina.

Our stay at Faloria Mountain Spa Resort in Cortina d’Ampezzo was truly exceptional and one of the best hospitality experiences we have ever had. The hotel enjoys a wonderful location, surrounded by the spectacular beauty of the Dolomites. Our room was beautifully designed, elegant and extremely comfortable, with great attention to detail. The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable. The spa is excellent, beautifully maintained, relaxing and the perfect place to unwind after a day in the mountains. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the people. The entire team was warm, professional and genuinely attentive. A very special thanks to Massimo, who looked after us so wonderfully at breakfast, and to Egle at reception, whose kindness, professionalism and helpfulness made us feel welcome from the very beginning. Above all, our compliments go to General Manager Danielle Colli, whose leadership and personal attention are clearly reflected in the outstanding service throughout the hotel. He leads an exceptional team, and it shows in every aspect of the guest experience. This was truly one of the finest hotel experiences we have had. Beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, outstanding service and, most importantly, wonderful people. Thank you to Danielle and the entire team for making our stay in Cortina so memorable. We would return without hesitation and highly recommend Faloria Mountain Spa Resort. The location was not a walking distance from the city center, but the hotel had a free shuttle service that makes it easier.

“Great stay, much recommended.”

Everything was excellent – the room, lobby, and spa were beautiful. The staff were outstanding, very helpful, and always willing to assist. It’s a bit far to walk to Cortina center, but they offer a shuttle bus and it is a short drive by car.

An exceptional stay from start to finish. The staff were incredibly professional, warm and attentive, making us feel truly welcomed. The spa is absolutely outstanding — elegant, peaceful and beautifully maintained. A perfect combination of luxury, comfort and impeccable service. We will definitely return
