“Facility had the basics. Very polite management. Excellent pricing. There were small flies.”
I liked the location because I could walk straight into the downtown area.

The downtown spot let me stroll around whenever I wanted; rooms were spotless and the staff were friendly. Ice and laundry were on hand if needed, and the price matched what a solo traveler would expect. The stay was brief—just one night—so the overall vibe was good, though some neighbors started a fight at midnight. The place felt well used, cheap, and clean, and the downtown area was quiet and picturesque.

We was given a nicer room due to the fact we was on our honeymoon. The room was not cleaned once while there, had to take out our trash, had to buy toilet paper and other basics. Had to go to office 3 times to get clean linens and towels. Fire alarm in room went off 3 times for no reason, couldn't get ahold of anyone in the office. Will not return, pay a little more to stay elsewhere. The room had no windows and no phone in room

The owner was great and personally showed me the room to make sure it was fine before I paid. The AC was barely adequate for the heat, but overall the value was good.

It was on the main strip. The carpet was sticky everywhere, the AC didn’t work, and there was mouse droppings on the microwave and cockroaches in the bathroom. I woke up in the middle of the night and checked into another hotel. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
