The lobby’s décor caught my eye and the room was comfortable, and you can actually see the pyramids—but only from the breakfast café, which makes for a stunning morning view. The place is close to the pyramids, yet the cleanliness left something to be desired, the sink tap was barely holding on, and the three breakfast options were mediocre. We also ran into a booking mix‑up: we asked for a triple room but were only allowed to pick two rooms, and at check‑in we discovered we’d been charged for a triple and a double, meaning the triple was there after all. The guide service advertised through them turned out to be a paid companion who just walked with us and said nothing useful, so it’s better to hire a guide independently or use your own passport for entry and explore on your own.

We were really disappointed with our stay. The food was a letdown - we ordered the same thing every day but the menu changed. The bed making was just a quick change of the top sheets, and the towels weren't changed either. The room was also right under the dining area, so we could hear chairs scraping from early in the morning. For a deluxe room, it was pretty unsatisfactory.

I've stayed here before, and while the first experience was pleasant, this time was a disaster. I had to leave on the second day with a baby in tow due to some major issues. The rooms and facilities seem trustworthy, but the staff are super unfriendly - they basically tell you to deal with it if you're not happy. Only the night staff seemed capable of fixing problems, but they're treated poorly because they're not Egyptian.

The service at this hotel was top-notch - Nana was amazing and super kind. She welcomed us with a smile and made sure our issues were resolved quickly when we weren't happy.
