The hotel facilities are always great. I arrived around 16:30, but there was nothing indicating my reservation because the host delayed confirming it; only after 17:00 did we manage to check in. I stay at the hotel at least twice a year and have never had issues with the host’s lack of organization.

I liked the location, but the shower was cold and I had to complain to the front‑desk staff who had many demands, and I didn't like the bed.
