I liked the staff, the apartment was clean, and seeing the ocean from the window was awesome; the swimming pool was also great. The roof outside the door and at the gym was leaking, sometimes the shower water wasn’t hot, and I had trouble turning on the TV.

The hotel was spotless, the apartment was fantastic, the pool was clean, and the staff were good. However, the hotel has a no‑alcohol policy that isn’t mentioned anywhere, and as an older person I wanted a beer by the pool and a bottle of wine with dinner but couldn’t walk far, which completely ruined my holiday. They advertised a bar, but they don’t have one; it’s owned by another hotel and is often shut for functions.

The location is great and the kitchen lets you cook your own meals. The rooms have a bit of dampness.

The apartment was clean and roomy, with a nice view of the pool and the beach. However, Deck270 Tapas Ocean Lounge blasted loud music, and the staff kept stopping you while you walked to the pool, as if you weren’t a resident. Breakfast wasn’t ready on time; we were told it started at 7 am, but nothing was served until 7:15 am, so we left for the airport because we couldn’t wait any longer—a huge disappointment.
