Friendly hosts, good location, good breakfast, large and clean room and bathroom, house has lots of character, good wifi. No TV in room

The welcome and the breakfast were nice. There was no TV or air‑conditioning, but that’s normal given the old‑house bed‑and‑breakfast.¹
