The Hotel Bernina in Pontresina offers 42 unique rooms, a restaurant, and a large sunny restaurant terrace with Engadine mountain views. Free, secure, and fast WLAN is available. Guests receive the Engadin Card for free local transportation and ski passes. The hotel is near bus stops, ski areas, and a cross-country ski trail. Parking and e-vehicle charging are available in the underground garage.

The location is perfect, the bus station is right nearby, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I can’t think of any negatives.

The staff were very kind, the room was cozy and typical, we were upgraded, the breakfast was excellent, the location was ideal for all activities, and the bus stop was just a two‑step walk from the hotel!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and dinner cuisine was very good. The location is superb: bus stops are very close, and the train station and the Pontresina funicular are just a few minutes’ walk away! Staying more than two days gives a discount that we often used: local bus, train, and funicular rides are free. Minor issues: breakfast was only cold unless you asked for a fried egg, and there was no fridge in the room—asking for one yielded a fridge. Parking is only available in the hotel garage, which costs 15 Fr per day. There are stairs everywhere, even into the building, and the small elevator is, like the house, quite antiquated and would probably fail a TÜV inspection in Germany. We liked both aspects, because it’s better to have something rather than nothing when renovations are needed.

Magnifique hôtel , la déco top , café et bouteilles d eau à disposition gratuitement au 1er étage , literie confortable , petit déjeuner buffet bien garni . Rien !
