The apartment was very clean and ideally located in a lively neighborhood (restaurants and bars just 2 minutes away). The room with a private terrace was perfect for relaxing. The room was a bit small, and renting a car isn’t useful because the area isn’t suitable for driving.

The bed was great and it was very quiet despite the bustle in Naples. We were assigned a room on the second floor, which meant we had to climb four steep stairs, plus two more extra steep stairs that Booking had apparently assigned to us. The photos and description from Booking showed something different. There was no one at the reception, so on‑site coordination was difficult. We accepted this for one night, but it made us more cautious about future bookings through Booking.

The manager and staff were very friendly. Being in the middle of the chaotic old town is a must‑have, yet the room was quiet and pleasant. If you enjoy the atmosphere of a loud, somewhat run‑down old town with many restaurants, this is the right place. The bathroom lacked a hanging fixture for bath and hand towels, and the wardrobe had insufficient space for laundry.

This spot is right in the heart of the old town, with literally hundreds of cafés and restaurants within walking distance, making it a perfect base for exploring Napoli on foot. The host is very service‑oriented. There’s no sign indicating the location, but the instructions sent via WhatsApp were clear, and the host remains very service‑oriented.
