I had a frustrating experience trying to change my reservation, and unfortunately, the hotel's customer support was unresponsive and unhelpful.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay, as I didn't get what I paid for - I booked a king-sized bed but got two queen-sized beds instead, and the bathroom and shower area were very small.
