The staff, especially Antônia, were friendly, polite, proactive, professional, helpful, answered all our questions and even offered great restaurant and tourist spot suggestions. The stairs to the room, though only a few steps, were a bit demanding for an elderly guest with luggage.

Everything was perfect. The room was delightful with a river view, warm, and the experience was wonderful. The staff were kind, courteous, and helpful.
The view in front of the property is nice. Breakfast was great. Parking on site comes with a reasonable fee.
