I was not satisfied with the locality, and the furniture in the room was in very poor condition; most of the plywood was coming off, making the furniture almost unusable. There was also a lack of cleanliness and maintenance, especially in the washroom, and the closet covers were not in good condition. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to others. However, the staff were very helpful and supportive throughout my stay.

“Overall experience was okay but not very excellent and didn't meet the expectations.”

We didn’t take breakfast every day. Proper cleanliness is lacking, and the tariff should include AC without extra charges. The location is a little inside and difficult to find; the approach road is narrow and hard for big vehicles. Furniture, paint, and plumbing have become too old, and immediate renovation is necessary.

No breakfast was given to me, and the property in photos is very different from reality; there were cockroaches everywhere, some mould on the walls, and overall it feels like the photo was taken a decade ago. The toilet is the worst, the exhaust fan doesn’t work, there is mould on the mirror, and there are too many bugs. However, the staff were very nice, room service was very good, and reception was always available; if I order something they gladly deliver it to my room. My final suggestion: if you’re tight on budget and on a 1–3 day work trip it will do its job, but if you need to spend some good time and make good memories I would say get a better place.

“Not very bad stay but. But would not prefer again.”

I stayed in this property many years back, so I booked again. It was very good prior to 2012, but now it has gone bad. Overall ambience and room service were not good; no hot water, kettle, etc.
