I couldn't stay because the hotel was under construction. The sign clearly said it was a hotel in Sendai, yet it turned out that a hotel in Okinawa was booked. I called repeatedly, but the property was still under construction and I couldn't even get a response. The listing looked like a reservation for the Sendai Ekimae Business Hotel, so why Okinawa? I had no choice but to contact the Okinawa hotel, and they told me to cancel from the site, but it wouldn't be free; I was charged 20% and had to accept that.
