The food was amazing! The room felt abandoned, smelled damp, and the rooms already look worn out.

The food was fine. The staff think you’re demanding everything and get annoyed at the buffet area, but the Restaurant with Reservation staff are attentive and very friendly.

Some staff members were truly outstanding in their service, but overall the place felt very basic; the room leaked water, many areas were poorly cleaned, and I wouldn’t recommend it. I think the Grand hotel I stayed at three years ago was more acceptable. The location is great, yet the facilities are severely worn out, the children’s play area is in bad shape, the arcade machines and billiard tables are broken, there are no tokens for the multi‑games, and the pool slides have been malfunctioning for over three years since December 2022 and have only gotten worse. Service at COCOA, especially in the restaurant, was terrible, the information provided was unclear, and the app wouldn’t let me make any reservation. All in all, a very poor experience.
