A quick five‑minute stroll from a main road and a bus stop makes it easy to reach the village and meet friendly locals, while the surrounding mango orchards add charm. The place feels like a farm, yet the staff are helpful and welcoming. I had to close the curtains all day and night for privacy, which meant I couldn’t look out from the room, but the verandah and swings let me enjoy the garden. It rained at night, but the view was still beautiful.

A very cozy homestay tucked in a mango orchard, thoughtfully arranged and staffed by friendly people. The orchard owner personally greets guests and gives tours of the farm.

Stunning villas surrounded by an Alphonso mango orchard, with a distinct Kokani atmosphere. Host Mr Pankaj Waigankar is welcoming and flexible with last‑minute requests. The villas stay impeccably clean, staff are humble and attentive, and the food is authentic Kokani homemade by the hostess. Overall, a very pleasant experience that I highly recommend.
