The location was a plus. When I arrived, the room was dirty: the sheet was stained, the pillow in the middle was yellow, walls were dirty, chairs were also stained, and there was dust on outlets and switches. I asked for a room change, but nothing else was available. The receptionist only offered to change the pillow and sheet. I couldn’t stay in such conditions and had to find another place.

Clean and tidy, good location, also convenient for public transport. The shower had weak water pressure, the TV signal was patchy, and the mattress in the bed could make loud noises.

I liked the location, close to the Old Town. The room wasn’t fully cleaned, some sockets were ripped out from the wall along with their cords, and the window was hard to reach because it was high up; you needed a chair or a tall person to get to the latch.
